Q: Why did you choose to join the DentalOne family? And what sets DentalOne apart from other organizations?
A: I came to DentalWorks Anderson, because of the family-friendly environment that came from the home office. They made me feel like everyone was important and that patients mattered.
Q: What three words would you use to describe your role and why?
A: Hard, rewarding and stressful. The Operations Leader position is not for everyone. You wear many hats, but at the end of the day, you can change both team members and patients’ lives.
Q: As a leader, how do you keep your team motivated and excited about providing top-notch patient care?
A: Fun activities and in-office contests.
Q: What advice would you give to others who are considering accepting a position as an Operations Leader with DentalOne?
A: It is a layered position and you wear many hats. Customer service is a must as well as clearly defined expectations.
Q: What’s been your most memorable moment while working for DentalOne?
A: Helping in another office and watching it prosper.

A: The personality of each person and how well the team works together.
Q: If you had to describe your team in one word, what would it be?

A: My team and our patients.
Q: What do our patient pillars (schedule, wallet and patient friendly) mean to you?
A: Doing what we can to give our patients what they need in order for them to achieve to a healthy mouth.
