Change is inevitable in life, but it doesn’t always have to be a bad thing; it can be an opportunity to set new personal or professional goals and discover what the unknown has to offer.
In 2016, Dr. Asia Richardson realized she needed a change in her career. She had been practicing dentistry with a national dental organization for 12 years. She wanted to continue in the dental industry, but she knew it was time to start looking into other options that would propel her career forward.
She was presented with an opportunity to become an owner of five DentalWorks practices as a professional associate supported by DentalOne Partners. After doing her research, she decided to take a risk and move from Atlanta, Georgia, to Charlotte, North Carolina, to become a practice owner.
In her recently published article in Group Dentistry Now, Dr. Richardson explains how DentalOne Partners has allowed her to maintain autonomy over her practices by supporting her from an administrative and operational standpoint. She also discusses how she’s being empowered to focus on patient care above all things.
“Very rarely can you find everything you need in one place, but with DentalOne Partners, I am given everything I need to be successful,” Dr. Richardson said.
