October is National Dental Hygiene Month! We will celebrate each week by spotlighting a hygienist who always achieves great results and inspires his or her peers. Q: How long have you been a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)?
A: I’ve been a RDH for 17 years.
Q: How long have you worked at DentalWorks?
A: I started at DentalWorks 4 years ago.
Q:What is ONE takeaway tip you would give patients that they should know about dental hygiene?
A: I feel every patient should use an electric toothbrush to have healthier gums.

Brief bio: Anabel Tellez joined DentalOne Partners in 2014, and has been practicing dental hygiene for more than 17 years. She truly loves and enjoys the dental hygiene profession and remains passionate in growing and learning in the years to come. Anabel was raised in Las Cruces, New Mexico, but has lived in the Denver metro area for the past 17 years. She and her husband, Joel, have been married for 25 wonderful years. The pair has two sons, Roman who serves in the United States Army who they are very proud of and Joseph, their 11-year-old who keeps them busy. She loves family time, vacationing and watching movies.
